We are looking to add a salon Aesthetician to join our Dream Team of highly skilled beauty professionals. 1 to 2 years Aesthetician experience is needed for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute premium aesthetic services to a diverse body of clients.
• Create a personalized experience for all clients and building lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge.
• Identify client product and service needs, and demonstrate product and service solutions.
• Physical contact with clients/customers.

Services:

• Lash lift and tint.
• Lash extensions.
• Brow tinting.
• Brow lamination.
• Brow shaping (wax, threading, etc).

Qualifications:

• Friendly, honest, courteous, reliable, eager, motivated, strong work ethic, and able to take constructive feedback without issue.
• Be professional and ethical.
• Promote a respectful, positive, gossip-free work environment.
• Have consistent punctual and reliable attendance.
• Have flexible schedule availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Have completed a recognized program in Eyelash Extensions, Makeup Artistry, or Esthetics and demonstrate a high level of skill and ability.
• Have a strong desire for continued education.
• Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Driven and ability to work with a team or with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent.
